According to Apple’s official website, this service allows customers to shop live with an Apple specialist. Through video calls, customers can receive information on Apple products’ features, trade-in offers, and financing plans. The service provides one-way secure video calls to connect with trained Apple specialists. India is the second country, after the U.S., to offer this video call service. The service is available from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. To use the ‘Shop with a Specialist’ feature, customers need to visit the Apple Store Online, go to the ‘Need a Shopping Help’ option and select ‘Ask a Specialist’.
