Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has added his voice to the Substack wave with a detailed exposition titled “How We Are Building India’s Semiconductor Ecosystem.” The article outlines the government's multi‑pronged strategy to nurture every segment of the semiconductor value chain – from chip design and fabrication to assembly, testing, packaging and the supporting infrastructure.
