The Mumbai-headquartered firm, a key player in Essar Group's tech portfolio, views this as a cornerstone of its global expansion blueprint. The completion, revealed Tuesday, supports Black Box's goal of hitting $2 billion yearly revenue by 2030. Set to take effect on May 1, 2026, the move significantly amplifies the company's presence in Latin America amid surging demand for data centers, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions. Sao Paulo-based 2S Inovais, established in 1992, is a powerhouse in end-to-end digital services. From strategic consulting to advanced networking for enterprises and data centers, cloud-hybrid setups, cyber ops, integrations, managed services, and optimization throughout the lifecycle, the company covers it all. It's particularly noted for its prowess in critical networks, hyperscale data centers, collaboration tools, and robust security. Brazil's digital surge—fueled by cloud proliferation, AI-driven builds, and top-tier engineering talent—positions it as a vital center for tech services. This acquisition fortifies Black Box's role in serving enterprises, cloud giants, and hyperscalers investing heavily in cutting-edge infrastructure. CEO Sanjeev Verma described it as 'a critical milestone strengthening our strategic stance in Latin America's dynamic market.' 2S's specialized skills in Cisco tech, data centers, cloud, security, and services will supercharge Black Box's global portfolio. Verma highlighted the global rush for AI, cloud, and secure connectivity, driving needs for scalable infrastructure. 'This empowers us to excel in every phase of digital transformation, from modernization to cyber defense,' he said. Projected to inject 500 crore rupees in yearly revenue, the deal boosts Latin American operations and refines Black Box's end-to-end solutions worldwide.
