Data indicated service interruptions from OpenAI over a 24-hour period. While most times saw minimal user issues, two significant spikes were observed. The first occurred around 9:00 PM on August 19th, with approximately 80 reported problems, constituting a brief, minor disruption. The second, far more substantial, peaked at approximately 12:00 PM on August 20th, with nearly 483 reported instances of disruption. Though the number of reports decreased in the afternoon, they remained elevated, implying lingering problems.
