By providing bite‑size modules and real‑time notifications, the platform helps bureaucrats stay current without disrupting their routine duties. This digital approach complements traditional training centres such as the National Institute of Good Governance and the Indian Institute of Public Administration.

Both institutions, he noted, play a critical role in fostering good governance and building a skilled public service. Together with modern e‑learning tools, they form a comprehensive system for raising the nation’s administrative competence.

The minister urged further investment in such platforms to ensure that learning remains a lifelong habit for all public servants.
