EPOS has launched the Impact 100, an entry-level headset engineered for professionals who rely on constant voice communication. This value-for-money offering prioritizes durability and lightweight design. Available in both mono and stereo versions, the Impact 100 features leatherette earpads and a silicone headband for extended comfort. The mono variant weighs 51 grams, while the stereo version weighs 76 grams. Connectivity is simplified with a USB-C connector and included USB-A adapter. The in-line controller features backlit buttons for mute, call management, and Microsoft Teams integration.
The headset is extensively certified, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Zoom Contact Center, Google Meet, Made for Chromebook, and Cisco Webex. Both stereo and mono variants are certified for Microsoft Teams; a stereo version without the Teams certification is also available. The microphone, mounted on a 270-degree rotating boom arm, can be easily positioned for either ear. The in-line controller provides tactile buttons for ease of use, even without visual confirmation. The Impact 100 also includes a two-meter cord and a carry pouch. Available in black, the device also incorporates noise cancellation on the microphone. The product is targeted for commercial use with high-volume order discounts.
