Ahead of SEMICON India 2025, scheduled to commence Tuesday, Chris Ripley, the head and CEO of Sinclair, emphasized the exceptional expertise present in India. He highlighted that India is leading globally in wireless technologies and semiconductor design, driving innovation and the development of new products. Sinclair, a major media company in the United States, has invested significantly in India to produce next-generation wireless technologies, including a tablet powered by a D2M chip designed in India. The event, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aims to invigorate India’s semiconductor ecosystem. SEMICON India 2025 will feature the participation of over 20,750 attendees, including representatives from 48 countries, global leaders, speakers, and exhibitors. The exhibition seeks to bring together semiconductor-related companies and establish India as a global hub for semiconductor design, manufacturing, and technology development.
