Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President, David Weston, suggests that the way we use computers will be completely transformed by 2030. The need to move a cursor on a screen or type on a keyboard will be eliminated. Instead, users will interact directly with the computer through voice, gestures, or even by simply looking at the monitor to issue commands. The future of Windows will be multi-modal, meaning it can be controlled by voice, gestures, or gaze.
