The Google Pixel Watch 4 was unveiled at the Made by Google Event. This smartwatch, available in two sizes, incorporates various health features such as quick access to Gemini, over 40 exercise modes, and pulse loss detection. The watch boasts exceptional battery life on a single charge. The 41mm (Wi-Fi) variant is priced at ₹39,900 in India, while the 45mm size variant starts at ₹43,900. There is no official release date information available yet. Similar to previous models, this latest model features a curved display; however, the company claims improvements in the bezel and peak brightness. It includes an Actua 360 always-on display that supports peak brightness up to 3000 nits. A significant hardware upgrade has been made to the chipset, with the inclusion of a new Snapdragon W5 Generation 2 processor. Google asserts that users will receive smart reply support along with Gemini voice assistant support with the Pixel Watch 4. This latest watch operates on Material 3 Expressive UI. The smartwatch offers over 40 exercise modes and provides users with the ability to create custom plans for running, as well as real-time guidance. In addition, it includes a pulse loss detection feature, which checks the wearer’s pulse and contacts emergency contacts in any unusual situation. The Pixel Watch 4 includes special features such as SpO2, ECG, and breathing rate detection. This watch, which comes with dual-frequency GPS, includes Wi-Fi and LTE support. The 41mm variant provides up to 30 hours of battery backup on a single charge, while the 45mm variant offers up to 45 hours on a full charge. It also features fast charging. Google claims to have included a new fast-charging dock with the smartwatch. The charging pin has been moved to the side, resulting in 25 percent faster charging. According to the company, it charges from 0 to 50 percent in 15 minutes.
