Following its introduction on smartphones, Google is now expanding the availability of its AI Mode feature to Android tablets. This feature, accessible through the beta version 16.30 of the Google app, allows tablet users to utilize the Gemini-powered AI search tools already available on phones. The tablet version of the app, previously limited in functionality due to its larger display, now offers direct access to AI Mode from the home screen or Discover tab. This update brings tablets closer to Android phones in terms of AI capabilities.
