While the dates for the 2025 Bihar elections haven’t been announced yet, they are expected to take place in November. To vote, you’ll need two things: your voter ID card and your voter slip. Although voter slips are typically delivered to your home before the election, they might not arrive for various reasons. In such cases, there’s no need to worry. Here’s a simple guide on how to download your voter slip online from the comfort of your home.
Here’s how to download the voter slip online.
Go to the official website of the Election Commission of India (ECI): https://voters.eci.gov.in. On the homepage, click on the ‘E-EPIC Download’ option on the right side. After clicking this, enter the mobile number registered with your voter ID. Fill in the captcha and click on ‘Login’.
Once you click ‘Login’, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to log in to your account. After logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter your Voter ID card number. Once you enter the number and search, you’ll need to verify your details by sending an OTP.
After entering the OTP and verifying your details, you’ll find the option to download your voter slip. Simply tap on the download option. The voter slip will download, and you can print it to take with you to the polling station.
