Meta has integrated three new features for Instagram users. These include a Report feature, Location Sharing, and a Friends tab within the Reels section. A company blog post revealed that the new repost feature on Instagram functions for public Reels and feed posts. The algorithm recommends content to users based on their friends and followers’ feeds, and these recommendations are saved in a separate tab on the Instagram profile for future viewing.
