Vivo is set to introduce a new color variant for its Vivo T4x 5G smartphone, signaling continued innovation in the Indian smartphone market. The phone, already available in Marine Blue and Pronto Purple, will see a third color option launched on September 18th. Teasers on Flipkart suggest the new color will be well-received by users. Specifics about the name and shade will be revealed during the launch.
The Vivo T4x 5G was initially launched in March 2025 in three variants. The base model, with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, is priced at Rs 13,999. The 8GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 14,999, while the top-end model with 8GB + 256GB storage is available for Rs 16,999. The company has confirmed that the pricing will remain unchanged with the new color variant.
The phone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1050 nits peak brightness, and is TUV Rheinland eye protection certified. Performance is driven by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset.
For photography, the phone has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. An 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The camera unit also incorporates an LED flash and dynamic lighting features. It houses a robust 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
Additional features include dual stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and IP64 dust and splash resistance.
