Early benchmark results for the upcoming OnePlus 15, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, have been revealed. The device achieved a single-core score of 3,836 and a multi-core score of 12,352. Notably, the multi-core score surpasses those of current Android flagships and even the Apple A19 and A19 Pro chips found in the iPhone 17 series. However, in single-core performance, the OnePlus 15 slightly trailed behind both the A19 (3,849) and A19 Pro (4,019). In GPU tests using 3DMark’s Steel Nomad Light benchmark, the OnePlus 15 scored 3,143, outperforming the Galaxy A19 (2,598) and A19 Pro (3,004), but falling short of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, manufactured using TSMC’s 3nm (N3P) process, is expected to deliver significant performance gains and improved power efficiency. The OnePlus 15 will feature a 165Hz display and run on Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
