New Delhi, July 11 – The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued nine formal notices to Swiggy Instamart after consumer complaints flagged food safety breaches.\n\nReported issues include expired products such as "Healthify 100% Whey Protein 1 kg" and "Noice Homestyle Madras Mixture with Peanuts".\n\nAn audit found eggs sold under a brand not covered by the operator’s licence, leading to an immediate halt order.\n\nOther flagged items were "Akshaykalp Organic Egg" and "Kakke Da Paratha", described as stale and unsafe.\n\nFSSAI demanded a detailed clarification and compliance report within the deadline.
