Microsoft is set to introduce several new AI-powered features to Windows 11, enhancing the capabilities of the operating system. The update includes Copilot Vision, a tool designed to analyze on-screen content, allowing users to ask questions about what they see across multiple apps and webpages. Additionally, users can request Copilot to perform tasks like enhancing the lighting in a picture. Microsoft’s blog post indicates that these features will roll out gradually to all users. Furthermore, the update includes features exclusive to Copilot Plus PCs, such as AI-powered actions triggered by holding the Windows key and left-clicking on an app or website. Users can now leverage actions like summarizing a paragraph and improving reading fluency. Other new features include an AI-powered sticker generator in Paint, an object select tool for image editing, an AI lighting option in Photos, and a precise screenshot tool.
