Zoho has introduced Vani, a new AI-driven platform designed to enhance workplace collaboration, particularly for small businesses. This platform aims to facilitate visual learning and teamwork, allowing users to create mind maps, diagrams, and workflows on an infinite whiteboard. Key features include integrated video calling, a comments panel, project timelines, database tables, and pre-designed templates. Vani also leverages generative AI for content creation and summarization across various platforms. The platform operates on three core principles: Visualize, Collaborate, and Execute, facilitating the transformation of complex discussions into clear visuals. This launch follows the Ministry of Education’s recommendation to use the Zoho Office Suite for managing official documents. Vani’s features encompass an infinite whiteboard for brainstorming, mind maps for strategic planning, sticky notes and sketches for capturing ideas, diagrams and flowcharts for process visualization, and DB tables for organized data management. Additionally, a workflow feature enables task assignment, deadline setting, and accountability tracking.
