Two kilograms of silver coins were found during plowing in the farmer’s farm at Titar village of Ghat Dhanora Panchayat of Tokapal block in the district. Initially, the farmer did not tell anyone about the coins, but later, after talking to the family members, handed over the coin to the Tehsildar. Tahsildar has not yet handed over these coins to the Archeology Department. According to the information received, farmer Harisinh, living in Ghat Dhanora Panchayat village, was plowing the field with a tractor. During a sudden plowing, he found a silver coin placed in a pot in his field. At first, the householders were not touching this vessel, considering it as a goddess. But later, at the behest of the villagers, it was broken from Dure with the help of a stone and saw that there were silver coins in it. After this, Hari and his family reached to Tokapal Tehsildar Rahul Gupta with this coin and handed it to them, telling the whole thing. The tehsildar told that the coin given by the farmer is likely to weigh about two kilos. He told that there is something written on the coin in Arabic, due to which it is being speculated that the coin is Mughal. Today these coins have been handed over to the Department of Archeology, from where further action will be taken.
