A year after the looting of 1500 dangerous weapons during the Sheikh Hasina regime in Bangladesh, the police have been unable to recover them. The weapons were stolen from police stations in Dhaka and surrounding areas by protesters during the 2024 demonstrations against Hasina. The Yunus government initiated efforts to recover these weapons after coming into power.
