A 19-year-old from Arizona, Renna O’Rourke, has died after participating in the ‘dusting’ challenge, a dangerous trend circulating on social media. Her father reported that her boyfriend had obtained an aerosol keyboard cleaner, which she inhaled, leading to cardiac arrest. Despite being kept in the ICU for several days, doctors declared her brain dead. ‘Dusting,’ also known as ‘huffing’ or ‘chroming,’ involves inhaling household cleaners to achieve a temporary high, but this can cause severe health issues, including heart failure, according to medical experts. Renna’s family is now actively raising awareness about the risks associated with this trend.
