This trend involves inhaling household cleaning products to achieve a high. According to reports, Renna’s boyfriend acquired an aerosol keyboard cleaner without the family’s knowledge. After inhaling the cleaner, she suffered cardiac arrest and was admitted to the ICU. Despite medical efforts, she was declared brain dead after four days. The family is now working to raise awareness about the deadly nature of ‘dusting,’ with Renna’s parents also setting up a GoFundMe page to cover medical and therapy expenses. This tragic incident highlights the risks associated with ‘dusting,’ which is also known as ‘huffing’ or ‘chroming,’ and emphasizes the potential for severe health consequences, including heart failure.
