In view of the Lok Sabha elections, the two-day national convention of BJP will be held on 17 and 18 February at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. In order to gear up the party and give its electoral line before the Lok Sabha elections, this convention will have the presidential address of BJP President JP Nadda and the concluding speech of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

About 11500 BJP leaders from across the country will participate in this meeting to decide the outline of the election campaign and to give a collective message. Giving information about the convention, senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that this two-day convention will start on Saturday at Bharat Mandapam. Before this, the agenda of the convention will be finalized in the meeting of party officials. The party has given a comprehensive look to this session of the council focused on the Lok Sabha elections. This will include all senior party leaders, all officials, members of the National Executive and National Council, current and former MPs, MLAs and elected Mayors, Deputy Mayors, District Presidents and General Secretaries from across the country.

The convention will have a broad organizational agenda. BJP national president JP Nadda will deliver the inaugural address at the National Council meeting on 17 February. The meeting will conclude the next day with the address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Two resolutions will be passed on the agenda and there will be detailed discussion on the upcoming elections.

In this, all the major issues like ten years of work, achievements and schemes of Modi government, steps taken for the poor, women, farmers and youth, resolution of developed India by 2047, Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha etc. will be put forward. Besides, sharp attacks will also be made on the opposition and its policies. An exhibition on Vikas Bharat Abhiyan will also be organized at the meeting venue.
