China’s Satellite Aid to Pakistan Cited After Precise Kiranahills Hit

Katoche highlighted the role of Chinese intelligence and satellite support to Pakistan during the Kiranahills incident. He said that China has been providing continuous intelligence, surveillance and satellite data to Islamabad for the past four to five decades, reinforcing a long‑standing defence partnership.

According to the retired officer, Chinese assistance enabled Pakistan to attempt strikes on deep Indian locations, but India's air‑defence network successfully thwarted those attempts.

Looking ahead, Katoche warned that any future clash between India and Pakistan could see China supplying real‑time satellite imagery and intelligence, potentially backed by other partners such as Turkey.
