China Offers Strategic Cooperation Framework to Cambodia

Xi announced that China is ready to share its governance experience with the Cambodian People's Party on the occasion of its 75th anniversary. He highlighted the need to utilise the "3+3" strategic dialogue mechanism in foreign, defence and public‑security areas, and to jointly combat cross‑border crimes such as counterfeit goods, smuggling, online gambling and telecom fraud.
