External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will travel to the United States from June 30 to July 2 to participate in the Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (QFMM) and inaugurate an exhibition on terrorism at the UN Headquarters. The QFMM, scheduled for July 1, will see discussions on regional and global developments, particularly concerning the Indo-Pacific, and review progress on Quad initiatives. The exhibition, titled “The Human Cost of Terrorism,” will highlight the impact of terrorist acts and international efforts to combat them. The meeting will be hosted by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who emphasized the importance of a free, open, and secure Indo-Pacific.
