India Proposes Continuity Mechanism to Boost BRICS Implementation

Addressing concerns about institutional momentum, Modi introduced the idea of a "BRICS Continuity and Implementation Mechanism." The proposal aims to ensure that initiatives and decisions survive the annual rotation of the BRICS chairmanship.
