During the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar, addressed leaders from various countries, firmly addressing the issue of terrorism. He highlighted the brutality of the Pahalgam attack and asserted that a neighboring country serves as the epicenter of terrorism. In response to the Pahalgam attack, India took action against terrorist hideouts.
Jaishankar emphasized that combating terrorism must become a global priority, necessitating its eradication. He stated that India has been a victim of terrorism for decades, citing the actions of its neighboring nation. This neighboring country has long been considered a “global hub of terrorism.”
