Kathmandu, September 17 – A streamlined protocol now ensures that Nepal’s passport authority relays missing‑passport information to Interpol in under 24 hours. Required data fields include passport type, number, issue and expiry dates, loss date and suspected location, enabling rapid alerts to law‑enforcement agencies worldwide.
