The Israeli Air Force conducted a large-scale strike on Yemen’s Port Hodeidah on Tuesday. An official statement from the Israeli Air Force, released via social media, stated that the attack targeted military infrastructure within the port. The Israeli Air Force alleged the port was being used as a strategic location for the transfer of weaponry from the Iranian regime, which, according to the statement, facilitates terrorist plots against Israel and its allies. Houthi Rebel Forces confirmed the attacks and indicated their forces were actively engaging Israeli fighter jets in response to the aggression. A spokesperson for the Houthi forces reported their air defenses were confronting the Israeli aircraft.
