Makkah Defence Pact Limited to Mutual Defence, Not Expanded to Other Nations

The three‑way treaty links Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey in a defensive framework. It obliges members to consider an attack on one as an attack on all, but does not require intervention in every security incident involving Saudi Arabia or expand to include additional countries.
