Beijing – The opening of the China‑Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Basic Education Cooperation Center marks a significant step toward deeper multilateral collaboration in schooling. The center will host regular forums, exchange programs for teachers, and joint curriculum development initiatives targeting primary education.

Officials highlighted that the platform will allow CSCO members to showcase successful strategies, from inclusive pedagogy to community‑based learning. By creating a repository of case studies and policy briefs, the Center aims to make knowledge transfer swift and practical.

The ministry of education stressed that the Center’s activities will enhance the content richness of cooperative projects, ensuring that every participating country benefits from shared experiences and collective problem‑solving.
