Naval Cadets Exchange Knowledge at Portuguese Navy Academy

While docked in Lisbon, Indian naval trainees toured the Portuguese Navy Academy’s historic campus and modern training facilities. They interacted with Portuguese cadets, sharing experiences on sail handling, navigation and training aboard large‑rigged vessels.

The exchange gave young officers insight into each other’s training methods and maritime traditions, fostering mutual understanding and future collaboration.
