Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been invited by India for a two-day official visit in September. Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nepal, and the Prime Minister’s Office confirmed the invitation, indicating the visit will commence on September 16. Nepali envoy to India, Shankar Prasad Sharma, hinted at the visit, stating that PM Oli would travel to India soon to finalize agreements in key areas. The visit, which will be relatively short, will focus on strengthening Indo-Nepal relations and advancing ongoing projects in Nepal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to visit Nepal in November, potentially focusing on religious sites, and reinforcing cultural and spiritual ties between the two nations.
