No Policy Shift on IRGC Despite Airline Delisting

U.S. officials reiterated that the removal of Fly Baghdad from the sanctions list does not constitute a shift in America’s stance on the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Any entity that continues to aid the IRGC or designated terrorist groups will remain subject to sanctions.
