Following Operation Sindoor, Pakistan has acknowledged India’s military strength, prompting it to bolster its own military capabilities. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced the formation of the new Pakistan Army Rocket Force Command during the ‘Marka-e-Haq’ ceremony held in Islamabad. This new military branch is being established to deploy a significant number of conventional missiles and rockets, primarily including the ‘Fateh’ series and other missile systems. The move comes in response to the decisive defeat in Operation Sindoor and India’s growing missile capabilities. This new rocket force will operate in parallel to Pakistan’s existing Army Strategic Force Command (ASFC), but will be focused solely on conventional missiles and rockets, excluding nuclear weapons. Pakistan’s actions are seen as an attempt to balance itself against India’s long-range missile capabilities, such as the BrahMos, Prithvi, and Agni series. This move represents a shift in military strategy by Pakistan. Operation Sindoor’s success marked a significant step in the evolution of India’s military strategy. The Indian army showcased its best performance in this operation, using missiles, precision targeting, and advanced weaponry to overwhelm the enemy. Through Operation Sindoor, India demonstrated to the world that it is no longer the same, and its defense capabilities have multiplied. Following Operation Sindoor, India is taking several important steps to further strengthen its defense capabilities and power. On April 22, Pakistan orchestrated a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 tourists were shot and killed. In retaliation, the Indian army launched Operation Sindoor, eliminating numerous terrorist hideouts and over 100 terrorists. The operation served to demonstrate the Indian army’s capabilities to India’s adversaries.
