Road Blockages and Landslides Hamper Aid, Team Switches to Air Route

Landslides triggered by the monsoon have rendered many rural roads impassable, cutting off several villages from ground transport. Because of the broken infrastructure, the Nirapakh Aid team flew into the affected area, landing at the nearest airstrip before dispersing on foot. The volunteers report that despite the harsh conditions, they continue to push supplies to remote settlements, prioritising those cut off by floodwaters and debris.
