A major oil refinery in the Rostov region of Russia has been ablaze for three days following a drone strike attributed to Ukraine. The refinery, located in the city of Novoshakhtinsk, is one of the largest in southern Russia. Videos of the fire have circulated widely on social media. According to local authorities, all refinery workers are safe, and emergency services are actively working to extinguish the fire. The refinery is primarily involved in oil exports, with an annual export capacity of 5 million metric tons of oil, equivalent to 100,000 barrels per day.
