New Delhi. The Supreme Court Collegium has taken a big decision with the aim of making the country’s judicial system more effective and balanced. The collegium has recommended transfer and repatriation of 21 judges posted in High Courts of various states.
In this recommendation made by the collegium, the qualifications, seniority and administrative needs of the judges have been given priority. This list of recommendations has now been sent to the Central Government, where the transfer of judges will be implemented after the final approval.
