Temporary access road constructed to bring heavy machinery into Chilime tunnel

A provisional access road is being built near the Chilime tunnel entrance to allow large excavators and other heavy equipment to reach the site. The road is expected to be ready within 48–72 hours, enabling faster clearance of debris.
