Vice‑Premier Ting Calls for Inclusive and Innovative APEC Energy Cooperation

Beijing's 16th APEC Energy Ministers’ Conference opened with a high‑profile address by Vice‑Premier Ting Shuya Xiang, who outlined a three‑point roadmap for the next phase of regional energy collaboration.

Ting began by reaffirming China's commitment to the "four revolutions, one cooperation" vision, noting that the nation’s power‑generation capabilities are expanding alongside an aggressive push toward green and low‑carbon solutions.
