Over 100,000 people participated in a rally called ‘Unite the Kingdom’ in London on Saturday. The demonstration was led by anti-immigration figure Tommy Robinson. This rally against immigration is considered the largest right-wing gathering in Britain. Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon, is considered one of the most influential figures in the UK. Born in London in 1982, he joined the British National Party at the age of 20 but left the party a year later. He has been vocal about his concerns regarding Islamic extremism and the increasing issue of immigration in Britain.
