Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged the use of “language of force” in dealing with Russia, emphasizing that this is the only language Moscow understands. In a statement, Zelenskyy highlighted the importance of this approach in all international engagements in the coming months. He expressed his commitment to ensuring that the upcoming June summits, specifically the G7 Summit in Canada and the NATO Summit in the Netherlands, are productive. He also mentioned that important meetings and negotiations will take place in Ukraine in the coming weeks. The G7 Summit will be held in Canada from June 15 to 17, 2025. Furthermore, Zelenskyy commented on the failed exchange of prisoners of war with Russia, stating that Ukraine is working to secure the release of its POWs and the return of fallen soldiers. He criticized Russia for attempting to manipulate the situation into a political game.
