Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will be on a Jharkhand tour today. CM Sai will hold a grand road show in Jamshedpur. He will campaign in favour of BJP candidate Vidyut Varan Mahto. CM Sai will leave for Jamshedpur from Raipur airport at 11.30 am. After that he will return to Raipur at 5.45 pm.
Congress’s eye on civic elections
After the completion of Lok Sabha elections in Chhattisgarh, Congress is eyeing the civic elections. Discussions have started with local leaders regarding civic elections. In which Congress is planning for civic elections. A state level meeting will be held in the coming days. Before civic elections, big responsibilities can be entrusted to local leaders.
Last date for re-calculation, re-evaluation and checking of answer sheets is 24 May
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has released the results of 10th and 12th board examination. After which students dissatisfied with the evaluation have applied for revaluation. More than 28 thousand children from across the state have applied for checking their copies. In which 1973 students from class 12th and 1325 students from class 10th have applied for recalculation. 18717 applications have been made for revaluation from class 12th and 9647 applications have been made for class 10th. 2008 applications have been made for answer sheet copy from 12th and 1047 applications have been made from 10th class. The last date for application for recount, revaluation and copy of answer book is 24th May.

Meat and mutton shops will remain closed in Raipur today. Sale of meat and mutton has been banned on the occasion of Buddha Jayanti. Buddha Jayanti has been declared a government holiday. All meat shops in the city have been ordered to remain closed. Meanwhile, if anyone violates the order, action will be taken against him.
