Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Kawasi Lakhma and Mineral Development Corporation Chairman Shri Girish Devangan today L.C.D. in Shri Prayas Education Society, run by Chhattisgarh Police family at Gokul Nagar Marg of Santoshi Nagar, capital Raipur. The projector was formally inaugurated. With this projector provided by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, children of poor section of Santoshi Nagar will get free latest and modern education in Shri Prayas Education Society. Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Kawasi Lakhma said on this occasion that Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has provided LCD for good quality education to the children of Shree Prayas Education Society. Projector is provided. Apart from this, 2 acres of land has been provided for the children of the institution to play. He further said that Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has opened schools for the children of poor section of the state to study in English medium. Schools that were closed in remote Vananchal have been started again. Shri Lakhma said that the Chief Minister of the state is working for the betterment of the poor, farmers and all sections of the state. Mineral Development Corporation Chairman Girish Devangan said that remarkable work is being done in the field of education and health in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. He said that new facilities are being provided by the government to make education and health accessible to all sections of the people in the state. Shri Sushil Ojha also addressed the program. It is noteworthy that Shree Prayas Education Society is a society run by the Chhattisgarh Police family. This institution was started 4 years ago for the preparation of school education and competitive examinations to the children of poor and needy class, in which free of cost is being provided by subject experts. Along with this, sports activities are also provided free of cost to the children. In this institution 825 children are being given college level education from class IV.
