RAIPUR – Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has congratulated and greeted the people of the state, including the followers of Buddhism, on the occasion of Buddha Purnima on 7 May. He has said in his greeting message that the thoughts and values of Mahatma Gautama Buddha will always be the guide for a better society and nation building. Mahatma Buddha gave the message of non-violence, equality and fraternity to the people. His education was also adopted abroad and millions of followers are following the path shown by him and are giving a message of peace to the country and the world. Mr. Baghel said that the teachings of Gautama Buddha are relevant in every situation and period. His education gives us the message to move ahead with restraint.
