Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, while addressing the general public at Sher village meeting-meeting program of Mahasamund Vidhansabha today, said that our government has come in Chhattisgarh with the trust of the people, we waived the loans of the farmers in the first decision as soon as we took the oath. He said that Lok Sabha MP Mr. Rahul Gandhi had asked us to waive the loans of farmers within 10 days, which we completed within 10 hours. People’s faith is with us, as a result of which we have 71 numbers in the assembly. So far, a government with 3/4th majority has not been formed in Chhattisgarh. Our government is completing 4 years on 17th December. Two years have passed in the Corona period but our spirits have not weakened. The state government has taken many important decisions in the interest of the farmers. We gave the highest price for agricultural produce to the farmers. Oilseeds, pulses and Kodo-Kutki are also being procured in the state on support price. Farmers are getting the installment of all justice schemes on time, the fourth installment of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana will be transferred to their account before March 31. Our food providers are happy with the farmer-friendly schemes of the state government. Appealing to the farmers to donate, the Chief Minister asked the people of the district to actively participate in this campaign. He said that burning para is destroying the fertility of the land and the problem of global warming is also increasing, due to which the whole world is troubled. Carbon emissions are happening on a large scale, so don’t burn para. The Chief Minister said that para will be useful for cattle, due to which mother cow and mother earth will be served. Talking to Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, farmer Vijay Chandrakar told that he has 30 acres of land. During the loan waiver, his loan of about two and a half lakh rupees has been waived and with the remaining money he has developed the farm. Now moving towards horticulture crops. Discussing in a very interesting way, villager Mr. Chain Singh said that the welfare schemes of the state government have improved the lives of the farmers. The Chief Minister also invited Mr. Chain Singh to take his wife for a helicopter ride. So far, vermicompost worth Rs one lakh 80 thousand has been sold by the group and earthworms are also being sold by the members of the group. With the savings from that, he has also bought a car. Expressing happiness, the Chief Minister announced a shed for the group. Talking to the Chief Minister, Manju Yadav, the beneficiary of the Godhan Nyaya Yojana, told that I have 60-70 cows, one quintal of milk is produced, and I have sold cow dung worth 6 lakhs. On being asked about the information about the Chief Minister Suposhan Yojana, Mrs. Uma Yadav of village Keswa said that her child’s weight was 2.5 kg earlier but due to the availability of hot and nutritious food under the scheme, now the weight is 11 kg and she is healthy. Farmer Vijay Chandrakar told that he has 30 acres of land and his loan of about Rs 2.5 lakh was forgiven under the loan waiver scheme. He developed his farms with the income from agriculture and now he is moving towards horticulture crop.
