Raipur. The bail plea of Anwar Dhebar in the liquor scam case was heard in the special court today, where Dhebar’s bail plea was rejected. The ED remand of former IAS Anil Tuteja, arrested in the liquor scam case, has been extended by 2 days i.e. till 6th May.
During the hearing, the prosecution vehemently opposed the arguments of the defense counsel. Ultimately the court accepted the prosecution’s argument and rejected Anwar Dhebar’s petition.
After the court’s decision, EOW arrested Anwar Dhebar and sent him to jail. The ED remand of former IAS Anil Tuteja, arrested in the liquor scam case, has been extended by 2 days i.e. till 6th May. After the end of his remand, ED presented Tuteja in the PMLA Special Court today, where his remand was extended.
