Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana, applications for loans for various businesses have been invited till December 30 in the current financial year 2022-23. General Manager, District Trade and Industry Center said that under the scheme, loans of Rs 25 lakh for manufacturing enterprises, Rs 10 lakh for service and maximum Rs 2 lakh for business will be made available through banks. To take advantage of the scheme, the applicant should be a native of the state of Chhattisgarh, minimum eighth grade passed, the age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years at the time of application. There will be a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, women, disabled entrepreneurs, members of Naxal-affected families, retired soldiers. The applicant should not be indebted to any national bank, financial institution, cooperative bank and the annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed Rs.3 lakh per annum. Applicants who have taken benefit of grant under Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Yojana, Prime Minister Employment Generation Program, Government of India or any other scheme of State Government will not be eligible. Only one person in a family will get the benefit of this scheme. To take advantage of the scheme, applicants can obtain and submit the prescribed application form free of cost from the District Trade and Industry Center Joint District Office Building Tikarkala Gorela Room No. 108, 109 and 110. The application form is mandatory for the applicant in the prescribed format, project report, Aadhaar card, ration card and any one of permanent residence certificate, voter ID card, driving license for identification.
